Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at support@getallyours.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and provide the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
Items without original packaging
Final sale or clearance items, when clearly stated
Personalized or custom-made products, when applicable
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable, unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getallyours.com.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed or shipped.
